These earbuds also block out some of the external noise so I don’t have to turn the volume too high to listen to the audio.

The sound of the Soundpeats QY7 bluetooth sport earbuds is quite decent. I’ll just get used to having the flapping cable behind my neck. I tried to use the cable shortener that comes with the earbuds to shorten the cable a bit, but it kind of made it worse because somehow the cable would curve up behind my neck. The cable that connects the two earbuds is rather long though. I tried these bluetooth earbuds for running in the past few days, and they didn’t fall out. I was afraid that the ear hooks would hurt my ears but they didn’t. I have to use the smallest ear tips and ear hooks with the Soundpeats QY7 because I have small ears. It saves power auto by switching off itself in 10 minutes of disconnection or no use.I mostly use my bluetooth headphones for running on the treadmill so I don’t want them to fall out while I run. Should work well with daily charging in the night or at the office. Played music for 3 days at the gym (1.5 -2 hours each) and spoke at least 5 calls of 5-20 mins.

Power: Easily used it over 5 hours on my first full charge. I think these are the best, cheapest Bluetooth in-ear headphones for music available.
The power button is a bit tricky to locate, but you won't use it so much. And speaking of buttons, the volume up and down are quite easy to identify when using with your hand. You can dial the last spoken number quickly using its top button.
They are loud and can be easily used outside in India traffic.įeatures: Calls and who's calling announcement works very well. And they work too well as for playback of music is concerned. If you have Samsung phones you can tune them to your hearing profile using Adapt Sound in your music app (highly recommend this for any headphone with Samsung phones). On par with my original Samsung headphones. Sound quality: The sound quality is excellent. Keeps connected for a long range when other Bluetooth devices I have failed! Even if the connection drops for a second at long range inside your home, it is intelligent enough to connect back asap and resume without any issues.

I was very annoyed by that as it happy a little often. I had another issue where the earphones suddenly would, switch themselves off. The earphones would last for about 4 hours till 40 percent or so and after that there was this rapid drain of the battery. The battery issue started to show up after about 1 and a half year of use. I didn't face any fallout issues what so ever. I used to use them for jogging, sprinting and gym as well.
But to be frank, they did satisfy me for what I paid ( I got these for 1700 bucks). I have also tested them out on my OP6 and the results are the same even with the qualcomm's aptx technology. I know it's not right to compare a wired headset to a wireless one but I just wanted to point out the aforementioned fact. JFYI, I use Poweramp (full version) and the mobile I used to have was a moto x force which gave me a decent audio output through the both of them. The mdrs do not distort the beats at all even at full volume while the qy7s start distorting the bass at almost 3/4th of the max volume. But when you increase the volume, you can tell the difference. There is not much of a difference unless you look keenly into the details. I also own a Sony mdr xb50 ap wired headset and I did compare their quality with the qy7s. These delivered decent bass with good highs and lows. I'm a bass lover and listen to songs with good amount of beats. I have used these for a period of almost 2 years so this is a long-term review.
